This series of low-speed electric vehicles strictly adheres to road traffic regulations, fully complies with the European L6e vehicle classification standards, and has obtained EEC type approval and COC certificates of conformity, meeting all certification requirements for EU market access.

Speed and License Regulations
According to current European regulations, driving authorization corresponds to the vehicle's maximum speed as follows:
• 45 km/h version
Requires an AM-class moped license to drive.
• 25 km/h version
A license-exempt solution that only requires identity verification for legal road use. Notably, drivers born before 1965 can operate this version without any license, needing only to provide proof of age.
• Medical assistance vehicle version
When officially modified and certified as a medical mobility aid, the maximum speed is limited to 15 km/h, and no driving license of any class is required.
Important Note
While some regions allow the 45 km/h version to be driven without a license, most EU member states still require appropriate driving permits. It is recommended to check the latest local traffic regulations before purchase.
